Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, L.L.C. (MDL) is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory with multiple state licensing, specializing in state of the art, automated DNA based molecular analysis of a variety of chronic and infectious illnesses. MDL specializes and performs Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with a larger menu of testing available in the field of infectious disease. Our main theme of research is in the field of Gynecology, Infectious Diseases, Vector-borne Diseases, Mycology, Urology, Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Cancer Diagnostics and Pharmacogenomics.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in our corporate offices in Hamilton, New Jersey.
Available shifts:
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm OR 9:30am to 6:30pm
- Night shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 9:30pm OR 2:00pm to 10:00pm
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABLITIES:
- Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with the public and to remain calm under stress is an absolute must!
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, office ethics and spelling a plus.
- Computer experience preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must have some experience in customer service.
