Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, L.L.C. (MDL) is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory with multiple state licensing, specializing in state of the art, automated DNA based molecular analysis of a variety of chronic and infectious illnesses. MDL specializes and performs Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with a larger menu of testing available in the field of infectious disease. Our main theme of research is in the field of Gynecology, Infectious Diseases, Vector-borne Diseases, Mycology, Urology, Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Cancer Diagnostics and Pharmacogenomics.

We are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team in our corporate offices in Hamilton, New Jersey.

Hours for this position:

Monday - Friday / 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Summary:

• Excellent keyboarding skills required
• Correct errors and forward discrepancies onto Admin Manger for correction.
• Obtains assistance from Coordinators for complex inquires.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to type at least 50 wpm.
• Excellent Keyboarding skills required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, office ethics and spelling a plus.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Education & Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must have some experience in customer service.
